FaceTrak is a unique face tracking software application that compliments your card production program by automating the way you capture and crop portrait photographs for your ID cards. It is designed for full control of Canon and Olympus digital cameras and is fully compatible with our range of card production software.

FaceTrak works by recognising the human face by tracking it on a live preview screen. When the face is found, it is dynamically outlined by the yellow frame. The green frame outlines the image area to be cropped. The yellow / green frame areas ratio is set via FaceTrak software menu. If the face is located too close to the image frame and the area to be cropped is cut by the image border, the frame colour will change from green to red. It’s that easy!
